Modification made in the car manager making it possible to reduce (with scrollbars) or enlarge and maximize the car manager dialog.

Minor error when downloading a car where the options folder was not installed correctly has been fixed in this version.

In this update, two fixes have been applied. When switching from NGP6 to NGP5 the FMOD information remained on some cars. This is now fixed. And in slot 2 only front-wheel driven cars are now available.
